PURPOSE STATEMENT
1 Timothy 4:12 records, "Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young.  Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity."  Therefore, the Youth Leadership Team will equip and develop youth in the church to be leaders among their peers and their local church assembly.  To understand the true meaning of servant-leadership, the youth leadership team will develop qualities that they could use not only in church but in their daily lives. 

VISION STATEMENT
To effectively train Christian youth leaders to have a servant's heart and to bridge the gap between the older and younger generations.

MISSION STATEMENT
To promote our youth to serve the community and exemplify the gifts and talents God has entrusted upon their lives.
